| Guiscardo Palace takes its name from the founder of the town of Pietrasanta, Guiscardo Pietrasanta, who in 1255, as the then autority of Lucca, gave his own insignia of nobility to the antique medieval settlement.
Palazzo Guiscardo is situated in an original Liberty style building that dates back to the 1800s. During the transformation into a hotel we have been careful to respect this original style, in order to preserve and highlight the elements of the period.
The hotel comprises 8 rooms of which 1 suite and 3 junior suite are furnished in different ways, with furniture in ancient times and with canopy-beds, ensuring a warm and welcoming ambience.
The reception and atmosphere are those of a private home, with the services of a grand hotel.
