Via Boito 34/24 – 30028 SAN MICHELE AL TAGLIAMENTO – VE and the processing of these data will take place with the support of paper, computer or telematic means and will in any case be marked by principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, in full protection of your privacy and your rights and in compliance with all current provisions; 1. A) The data will be processed at the aforesaid office for all contractual (therefore connected with booking a hotel and/or other type of accommodation), legal and fiscal purposes. B) The data will likewise be used, only after receiving explicit consent, for the purpose of sending advertising material on the activities of the Agencies, 2. excepting the passing on of data for legal purposes, the abovementioned data will be disclosed for the purposes indicated in point 2 A, to the hotels and other types of accommodation you will be staying in. When you check in, these organizations will supply you with their information notice. The data may be known by all EUROSUN Viaggi e TURISMO AND PROMOSERVICE SRL – GESTSIONE TOP ONE TOUR OPERATOR authorized users and data processors appointed according to the law, in accordance with their role, and only if necessary for carrying out their job. They will therefore be known by administrative staff and agency employees; 3. giving data is necessary as far as it concerns the purposes indicated in point 2, 2 letter A. Refusal to supply them will make it impossible for the Management to continue with the relationship; but the only consequence of not giving consent to the use of data for the purposes indicated in point 2 letter B will be to not receive the material in question; 4. The data will be kept for the whole time necessary for carrying out the service in hand and also afterwards for legal and fiscal obligations for the whole time envisaged by these obligations. The data subject has the right to object to the processing of data for legitimate reasons and to object to processing for the purposes of sending advertising material, or direct selling, or to carry out market research and commercial communication. If the data subject dies, his/her rights may be exercised by his/her heirs.
